Giveaway & Promotional Orders

Orders placed during giveaway promotions or high-volume sales events may require 4–6 weeks for processing and shipment.

Please allow full processing time before reaching out regarding your order status.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Processing times may vary depending on inventory availability, manufacturer lead times, and order volume.

If we experience delays due to high order volume, special-order items, or manufacturer backorders, we will contact you via email or phone.

Expedited Shipping

Lost or Damaged Packages

Zubin Performance Parts is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Please retain all packaging materials

  • Take photos immediately

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim

Call

Item is not currently in stock at our location. Our team will contact the manufacturer and distribution network directly to confirm availability and estimated delivery time.

Back Ordered

Item is currently out of stock at the manufacturer level and is experiencing a known supply delay or production backlog. Please contact us for the latest estimated availability date.

Discontinued

The manufacturer has permanently stopped production of this item. We no longer have inventory available and cannot source additional units. However, our team can help recommend a comparable alternative product when available.
