Merchandise & Apparel Return Policy
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee plus original shipping costs.
- Sale items, promotional items, giveaway items, and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.
- Certain items may be marked as non-returnable on the product listing.
- No refunds will be issued for giveaway-related purchases once a winner has been announced.
Returned merchandise must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
We reserve the right to refuse returns showing signs of:
- Wear
- Alteration
- Damage
- Misuse
- Makeup or deodorant stains
- Fragrances or odors
- Pet hair or debris
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items may only be exchanged once per order.
- No international exchanges.
- Any price difference between exchanged items will be invoiced to the customer.
To request an exchange, please contact us with your order number and the item/size you would like in exchange.
Orders Returned to Sender (RTS)
If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address entered by the customer:
- Please contact us immediately at ZubinPerformanceParts@gmail.com.

The customer may either:
- Pay shipping costs to resend the package, or
- Receive a refund minus a 10% restocking fee and shipping charges.
If no response is received within 5 business days after contact is attempted, a refund may be issued minus a 10% restocking fee.
Performance Parts Return Policy
Returns
Due to the nature of performance automotive products, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or ordering the incorrect item.
Returns may only be considered if:
- The item has a manufacturer defect, or
- The incorrect item was received.
All returns:
- Must be approved by Zubin Performance Parts before being sent back.
- Must be in original, unopened, unused condition.
- Must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
- Require an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Return Process
To request a return approval:

Please include:
- Full name
- Order number
- Item(s) being returned
- Reason for return
- Photos/Videos if applicable
Once approved, return instructions and RMA information will be provided.
Return Exceptions
The following items are non-returnable:
- Installed or used items
- Opened electronics
- Tuned/programmed ECUs
- Fuel system components exposed to fuel
- Custom ordered items
- Special order items
- Clearance or final sale items
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our return requirements.
Restocking Fees
Approved returns may be subject to up to a 30% restocking fee depending on the manufacturer and item type.
Shipping and processing fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method minus:
- Shipping charges
- Payment processing fees
- Applicable restocking fees
Store credit may be offered in place of a refund at full item value when applicable.
